Upstairs you'll find a enormous Primary bedroom with King bed, another Queen bedroom, the final bedroom which holds a Double Bunk bed, a Bonus space with Day bed with Trundle and a Air Hockey table, and the 2nd bathroom. All rooms have tons of windows and elegant light. The huge fenced-in backyard features a constructed-in fire pit with Adirondack chairs and picnic table, ideal for all times of day and nighttime.

This handsome home is just a short walk to the Manteo waterfront and its many stores, art galleries, and eateries as well as to Roanoke Island Festival Park. It is convenient to other not-to-be missed Roanoke Island attractions, including the Elizabethan Gardens, North Carolina Aquarium, and the Lost Colony production, the nation's oldest outdoor symphonic drama. Nags Head beaches are just a 10-min. drive away and beautiful Coquina Beach, an undeveloped stretch of shoreline that is part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, is a 15-min. drive. Don't miss the Saturday Farmer's Market at the close by Maritime Museum and Park where you'll find locally grown produce, honey, seafood, and arts and crafts.
