The main-level offers a roomy living area, modern completely-equipped kitchen, two dining spaces, finished porch, a Queen bedroom, and the 1st bathroom, all with impressive furnishings and artwork. Upstairs you'll find a sizable Primary bedroom with King bed, another Queen bedroom, the final bedroom which holds a Double Bunk bed, a Bonus space with Day bed with Trundle and a Air Hockey table, and the 2nd bathroom. All rooms have tons of windows and handsome light. The enormous fenced-in backyard features a constructed-in fire pit with Adirondack chairs and picnic table, ideal for all times of day and nighttime.

This beautiful home is just a short walk to the Manteo waterfront and its many stores, art galleries, and eateries as well as to Roanoke Island Festival Park. It is convenient to other not-to-be missed Roanoke Island attractions, including the Elizabethan Gardens, North Carolina Aquarium, and the Lost Colony production, the nation's oldest outdoor symphonic drama. Nags Head beaches are just a 10-min. drive away and beautiful Coquina Beach, an undeveloped stretch of shoreline that is part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, is a 15-min. drive. Don't miss the Saturday Farmer's Market at the close by Maritime Museum and Park where you'll find locally grown produce, honey, seafood, and arts and crafts. The close by weather tower is a must for youngsters as the flags indicate the current (and changing) weather.

This is a Vacation-My-Way property that requires a minimum of a 3-nighttime stay. No covered parking or paved driveway is available at the home. Smoking is not allowed and no tenant family pets may be brought to the home.
