The condo is entirely equipped with everything you need, including a fully outfitted kitchen with quality cookware (because we appreciate to prepare), fresh, clean linens and towels, and a starter kit of essential kitchen and bath amenities.



Each of the three cavernous bedrooms is designed to be welcoming and comfortable.



As avid golfers, we appreciate that Myrtlewood Golf Club, with its Palmetto and Pine courses, is just 2 mins. away, with many other golf courses close by. The beach is also just a short drive or bicycle ride away.



Magnolia Point is a peaceful residential community, with peaceful hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM—please note that security closely monitors this, and any violations will incur a $150 fee.



“The Big Chill” is a first-floor unit, so there are no stairs or elevators needed. Whether you’re here for work or play, this property won’t disappoint!



With exception to two owner`s closets, you will have access to our entire property.
