The Space:

We exceed expectations with this sizable 1400 sf condo, accommodating up to 12 guests. This unique design is really 2 apartments combined. There are two cavernous bedrooms with King size beds as well as a third guest room featuring 2 full size beds. In addition, 2 queen sleeper couches and 3 full bathrooms allow for a enormous family gathering. One side has a full kitchen and there is also a mini kitchen on the other side. A additional feature is that you actually have 2 washer/dryer sets inside your condo! This special floorpan is known as the Presidential Villas.

Grand Palms Resort offers excellent amenities - complimentary shuttle service to the close by Surfside Beach, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, exercise center, on-site day spa (by appointment).
