Inside, you'll discover an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The first level features a bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a freestanding double bed, as well as a queen ensuite bedroom.

Upstairs, you'll find a extravagant king ensuite bedroom, providing a serene and comfortable space to relax.

Convenient parking is available beneath the home.

Guests who stay at Sunbeam Sands have access to all of the exclusive amenities of Colington Harbour. This gated community includes a boat launch, sound side park, playground, picnic area and basketball court.
