On the top level, an east-facing wall of sliding doors and upsized windows in the great room take full advantage of the expansive ocean vistas. The open-concept layout offers the sight lines and flow needed for huge families to comfortably gather and mingle. Everyone can pitch in with meal prep using the cavernous and freshly refreshed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop. There's even a second full-size refrigerator for storing additional groceries or the catch of the day. Outside, an broad oceanfront deck serves as an extension of the great room for effortless indoor/outdoor living. It's the ideal spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or simply take in the salt air and ocean breezes. For an even better view, climb the spiral staircase to the rooftop observation deck.

The primary bedroom is also located on the top level and includes an ensuite bath and private deck. All other bedrooms are located on the lower levels, three of which provide direct access to a covered deck with hot tub.
