You are only a 1-min. ride on our *NEW* Margaritaville golf cart, to appreciate time on the beach. Conveniently located right on the beach is a playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, cornhole, and pickleball! When you are ready to change it up you can take the kids or just yourself to the water park. The park has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year round. At the pavilion they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Savor or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings. This is a 24 hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays if you want to go, everybody is invited. All of these amenities are PROVIDED in the parking pass, $15/car per day, that you purchase from Ocean Lakes online prior to your stay. If your booking more the 14 days out be sure to ask about Express Check-In parking passes, which will save you $3/car per day and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the home upon arrival !!

This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home offers a queen bed in 2 bedrooms and 2 twin beds in the 3rd. The primary bedroom includes a private bath and an upgraded gel/memory foam bed topper. Kitchen has been freshly refreshed and is FULLY supplied with everything you would need for preparing any meal, including spices, cooking supplies, multiple cooking appliances like waffle maker, blender, food processor, crockpot, and many more including a new SS stove with air frying capability and a new dishwasher to help with the clean up. Full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet. Appreciate your morning coffee with an ocean view from the front porch, with two new rockers and new table w/seating for four. The beachy Margaritaville ambiance is continued down below the home with an outside area, great calming, new furnishings and including an entertainment center with a sizable 65" LED cable TV and bespoke green LED lighting. There is a gas grille for cookouts and a convenient outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off the sand before entering the home. There are tons of extras items for beach use, toys, boccie ball, cornhole boards, beach games, boggie boards, even 2 mountain bicycles for use, upgraded cable TV package w/ movie channels on 5 huge UHD TVs and a BluRay VCR with broad movie library, cards, and board games for all ages, for those times when you can't get out. The home has optional childpoof locking systems on the cabinets that access should not be available to kids, for safety, and even a pack and play is available. Child dishware, cups and silverware are also present. Enjoy practicing your putting skills on the mini 1 hole putting green newly installed.

We adore the location as it is only a min. ride on the golf cart, that is complimentary in the rental, to the beach but just far enough away from the busy section of Ocean Lakes to savor some peaceful relaxing time. Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a Family aligned community, the rental of this home is intended for families and extended families.
