To the immediate right of the entry door are a hall bath and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV/DVD, a walk-in closet, a private sink area, and a connecting door to the hall bath.

The next right opens to the entirely equipped galley kitchen featuring new black/stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, and a dining counter with 3 barstools. The far end of this room widens to a sunny dining area with a table for 6, sizable windows with a landscape view, and a French door to the outside deck. Behind this room is a modest laundry room with a full size washer & dryer.

Straight through the entry entryway leads to a roomy corner living room with a constructed-in wet bar, a striking seating group of a couch and 3 side chairs, a TV/VCR/DVD, and windows/French doors on 2 sides; 1 with a lagoon view, and 2 opening to the deck, which has a covered dining table.

On the second floor are 2 more bedrooms, each with a private bath. The handsomely furnished master bedroom has a king bed, a TV armoire, a enormous window overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and a walk-in closet, and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed as well and a TV/DVD.

Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on impressive Hilton Head Island and provides painless access to over 200 eateries, unique shopping, and world-class golf.The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bicycle paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

Evian, a trendy vacation destination within Shipyard, is an getaway of serenity in itself. An old fashioned gazebo and many benches, overlooking the 5 acre lagoon with its sweeping footbridge, provide an unsurpassed view of native wildlife. The close by Olympic size pool is open year round, and is adjacent to the 6 complimentary and lighted, tennis courts. For the ocean lover, a 12-15 min. walk, or 5-7 min. bicycle ride, brings you to the plantation beach club on the Atlantic Ocean.  All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
