ENJOY MARINAFRONT LIVING at its best in this striking condo in Pirate's Cove! Early-risers can savor watching the boat depart from their private deck or relax appreciate the sunset at dusk. Close & centrally located between Downtown Manteo and the beaches of Nags Head. Historic Manteo is full of local stores and some of the best eateries, with the Aquarium, Elizabethan Gardens, and Festival Park as some of the main attractions. If you don't want to drive, just down the marina is the on-site restaurant, Blue Water Grille & Mimi's Tiki Hut, along with the Ship Store for anything you might need. Pirate's Cove has miles of lighted docks around the community for walking, running, fishing & crabbing. Do you want to bring your boat as well? A slip can be rented from the marina or rental office depending on the size! There are plenty of neighborhood amenities as well: community pool, tennis courts, exercise center, outdoor pavilion, and basketball/volleyball courts.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Check-in and out must occur on Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Marina-front Master holds a King bed with jetted tub and stand-up shower in the private bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed with private entrance to hall bathroom. Final bedroom holds two Twin beds with private en-suite bathroom. The condo has parking for up to 2 cars (one spot covered) and elevator for ease of access. Boat and jet-ski trailer must be stored off-site. No smoking or family pets allowed in the property. Keurig Coffee maker in the kitchen. New photos of furnished deck coming soon!
