The 25' long dock is prepared to dock a boat, has a ramp for painless kayak/paddleboard access, and is equipped with a fish cutting table/washdown hose.

The interior of the bungalow has an open living, dining, and kitchen floor plan with 2 enormous glass sliders providing fantastic vistas of the sound. Intelligent TV is also in this space. Two queen bedrooms, one with full size bathroom ensuite. The 2nd queen bedroom has access to a full size bathroom in the hallway.

Downstairs, the convenient outdoor shower is ideal to rinse away the sand. The beach is a fast walk through the marina, and is accessible through the Hatteras Estates Property Owners Association path, located across from the Hatteras Civic Center.
