The 25' long dock is prepared to dock a boat, has a ramp for painless kayak/paddleboard access, and is equipped with a fish cutting table/washdown hose.

The interior of the bungalow has an open living, dining, and kitchen floor plan with 2 sizable glass sliders providing amazing vistas of the sound. Intelligent TV is also in this space. Two queen bedrooms, one with full size bathroom ensuite. The 2nd queen bedroom has access to a full size bathroom in the hallway.
