The Sunny Side of Life offers a huge private saltwater pool and deck space in a peaceful yet very convenient location just a very short walk to beach accesses that have lifeguards stationed close by. There is a ground level kitchenette, bathroom and one giant bedroom just off the pool area for convenience coming and going from the home to the pool. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a roomy kitchen/dining area and living room. There is very little traffic on this street, yet it is right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills activities, with eateries, grocery stores, amusements and a sizable municipal ball field and tennis courts just a short stroll away. Grab those body boards and take the short walk to the beach, about 1200ft, where you and your family can savor the Atlantic Ocean at its best. You can literally leave the car in the driveway for your entire vacation at the Sunny Side of Life!
