Our residence features three full bathrooms equipped with bathtubs, accepting for private and comfortable routines. Stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, they cater to all your needs.

The cavernous living room, complete with a warming gas fireplace, invites you to relax. Furnished with plush couches and a Intelligent TV this area is your hub for relaxation, storytelling, or appreciating a cinematic experience.

★ KITCHEN ★
Show off your culinary skills in our entirely-equipped kitchen, which includes state-of-the-art appliances such as a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, electric stove, and a huge refrigerator. ▶ Unregistered guests are not allowed.

▶ We are happy to accommodate modest family pets at our property. A non-returnable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will request the pet fee payment manually.

▶ No events. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is allowed in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper included for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.


▶ Please note that moving the furnishings in the apartment is not allowed. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
