Share time away with friends and family! Our sizable open-floorplan home is great for gathering, cooking and calming!

Our home is really ideal for 2 families or a girls/guys weekend. Six beds offer comfortable sleeping with no couch beds. Texas Avenue provides you the peaceful vacation you are looking for, and the only traffic is usually dog walkers, and sun seekers.

Everyone loves our craft/coloring table made just for them and the constructed in beds upstairs!

Use your streaming logins to access your favorite tv shows in the living room, primary bedroom and primary bathroom.

You will access 90% of the home. The only thing off limits is the locked owners closet under the stairs.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:
The ice maker in the freezer does not work. The freezer will be outfitted with a bag of ice upon arrival.

Quirks:
The two fiberglass tub/showers have staining near the drains. The floor of the showers dip in those spots, resulting in standing water, which stains the fiberglass. They are not dirty.

The lighting over the master tub looks normal, but in many cases in can make the tub water appear with a green tint. I promise the water is not green!

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum.
