Are you ready to experience an marvelous vacation on the Outer Banks? Summer Nights is sure to make that happen. With the beach access so close by, a day at the beach is an simple endeavor. Just walk along the walkway shared with Summer Days and you are there! This vacation rental is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, eateries, stores, and attractions are effortlessly accessible. You can even see the Wright Brothers Monument from the home!

Enter the property through the second level. On this level, you will find the majority of the sleeping accommodations. Guests can choose a 2 Queen Bed Bedroom with a Semi-Private bathroom. This full bathroom shares an entrance with the hallway. They can also select from a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds.

Head on up to the third level and you will instantly feel casual. The open floor plan with ocean vistas cannot be beat. Up here, is a comfortable living area with light colored furnishings. Make some snacks for the beach in the sizable open full kitchen. The dining table seats six. Appreciate your lunch while you take in the ocean vistas and listen to the sounds of the waves. Look closely and you may see the dolphins appreciating the Atlantic Ocean!


Grab your coffee in the morning and step outside on the huge deck to catch an striking Outer Banks sunrise. For the late-nighters of the group, they may want to stay in the King bedroom on this level. For convenience, there is a full bathroom here as well.

After a day at the beach, use the enclosed outdoor shower on the first level to wash the sand off. Throw your towels into the washer and dryer also on this level.

For those who want to vacation with other family and/or friends, be sure to check out Summer Days, the sister home on the same side of the street as Summer Nights! There is plenty of parking to include boats and trailers.

Summer Nights is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Village Beach Club
Guests of our home savor access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront getaway in the heart of Nags Head, just 7 miles from Summer Nights.

This private club offers a enormous oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it painless to go from sand to poolside in mere mins.. Enjoy events and activities for all ages such as kids' camps, daily live music and entertainment, a wellness and recreation program, and six brand new pickleball courts! Also new for 2026 is Gather, a coastal restaurant and bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's the ideal spot to relax for a day on the Outer Banks.

Access to the pool and beach is complimentary. Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am. This complimentary promotion applies to 2026 reservations only.
