This amazingly updated (as of spring 2019) second floor villa features new touches from top to bottom. The plank floor, furnishings, kitchen and bathrooms are all new for guests!

As you walk up the staircase, you're greeted with bright, coastal colors and an open floor plan. The living area comfortably seats five and features a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The dining area which is open to the living room features seating for six with an additional two barstools at the kitchen bar. The striking kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a unique tile backsplash, new cabinetry and plenty of storage space. The guests of this pretty townhome located in Shipyard Plantation has access to resort features such as a shared pool, golf on-site, and tennis.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
