This first floor villa is one flight up from the covered parking area or use the convenient elevator.

You will step inside to a bright, open living space that has been thoughtfully refreshed with a new sleeper couch for a premium stay. From the new luxury vinyl floor to the fresh paint, every detail feels crisp and inviting. The living area features a 65” Intelligent TV for movie nights.

A freshly modernized, entirely equipped kitchen features gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a new French door refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and a breakfast bar that seats 3.
