Captains Quarters is a gated community, with a waterfront community pool and hot tub and private parking. Walkable to all marina activities including eateries, shopping and music, it is also just a short drive or shuttle ride to the beach in Palmetto Dunes. Park and forget it. Once you get here, you can leave the keys behind!

204 Captains Quarters has new wood floors, comfortable coastal decor and a entirely equipped kitchen with everything you need for a fresh seafood feast at the end of a beach day. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king bed, updated ensuite bath and a private balcony with gorgeous vistas. Guest bedroom has good separation, two twin beds with private ensuite bath. Linens and starter amenities included.

Shelter Cove has evolved over the years into the island’s hub. Located mid island, this
Mediterranean- styled marina (repeat winner this year for best marina on the island) has
it all: watersports, dining, shopping, entertainment and extraordinary vistas. No matter
the time of day or nighttime, the wrap-around boardwalk is filled with dog walkers, families
appreciating the sights or couples sharing peaceful moments on the benches located along the
walkway.
Spring and summer are when Shelter Cove really comes to life. Nightly entertainment
at the gazebo, festivals and events of every kind, including the astounding Memorial Day
Arts Festival. Most memorable is the always fashionable 30 th year, Tuesday nighttime firework
extravaganza, Harbourfest, featuring vendors, music and kids’ activities, culminating in
a great firework display at dusk. (We have heard a rumor of something special planned
for the 250 th anniversary of the USA this year!) Appreciate kayaking, rent a boat for a fast
cruise down the waterway, go cruise and watch some dolphins or just appreciate the beauty
of the “back side of the island.”
