Located on the 17th floor of the esteemed Maisons Sur Mer ocean front high rise on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach. We have a very strict 4 person max. for staying in this condo. There are 2 bedrooms (a master suite on one side and a guest suite on the other side). Our unit had a professional make-over - it is elegantly designed, bright, and very modren. Wood floors throughout the unit. Tiled bathrooms. Giant tiled balconies. We get full afternoon sunshine and we have spectacular ocean vistas from every room.

Master Bedroom: King size bed with bespoke upholstered headboard and matching bed skirt. It's the 'green and white' room! Great Ocean and Beach View!

Guest Bedroom: 2 additional long twin beds. This is the 'coral and white' room. Great ocean vistas!

2 full baths: Guest bath has a tiled shower. Master bath has a tiled tub/shower. Both bathrooms with great closets. Bright, clean and chic wallpaper.

Living Room: Roomy and impressive!! White constructed-in wall unit with 46' flat screen. Exquisite new artwork. Amazing ocean and beach view!

Dining Room: High end and fresh! Oval dining table. Mirrors add to the ambiance. Open and impressive!

Kitchen: Totally equipped. Modern and sleek. Table and 4 chairs. Great ocean and beach view!

Balconies: There are 2 tiled balconies. One off the master bedroom with 2 chairs and a modest table. And a sizable roomy balcony off living room which has a table and 4 chairs. Fabulous ocean and beach view. We have seen dolphins out in the ocean from that balcony!

This building offers 24 hour security, front desk, on site maintenance, 4 elevators, huge heated pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, putting green, game room, driving net, modest restaurant, expansive fresh drink lounge and also a Tiki poolside bar. Our building has a very cool vibe! I know you will appreciate it!

A note for our summer guests: We have our air conditioning unit checked regularly and it's in great working order! But Myrtle is a sub-tropical climate and it's always hot, humid and windy during the summer. We have not yet replaced our balcony doors and the condo takes time to cool down from the afternoon sun. For most of our guests, this isn't a big deal. But I wanted to let you know.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Captain Hook's Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
