We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-min. walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it ideal for a sunset walk. We're about a ten-min. walk to the ocean.
There's a distant view of the ocean from the bathroom and closet windows Bedroom faces the sound but the water view is blocked by trees.

Please note that the studio is located on the 2nd floor via outdoor stairs. If you have difficulty walking up the stairs, check out my other apartments on the ground floor.
