This is a non-smoking condo with 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms, ideal for families and couples! Come savor a morning sunrise or relax and relax on your peaceful canal-front covered & furnished deck. The Master offers a Queen bed with private en-suite bath, and its own porch access! 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed with hall bathroom just around the corner. Cavernous living, dining and full kitchen with plenty of natural light. Flat-screen TV in Living room, WiFi are available to use during your stay, and if you want to bring your boat, there is a 25' foot boat slip supplied! Located in Buccaneer Canal #9. Access to pool, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, playground, and clubhouse included. Just a fast walk to our on-site marina, ships store, Blue Water Grille, Mimi's Tiki Hut, and miles of lighted docks for walking, running, fishing and crabbing!

The condo is a Vacation-My-Way property, meaning there is a 3-nighttime minimum year-round, excluding the 4th of July and 2nd full week of August which requires a 7-nighttime stay. Parking at the building for up to 2 cars, with one space being covered parking. This building does not have an elevator, it is located on the 1st floor.
