The Space:

Located just across the street from the walking path to the beach (4 mins.) this home is close to the beach, elegantly refreshed, and has spectacular on site amenities. On the top level, you will find a elegant kitchen that is entirely supplied with everything the chef of your family needs to whip up delicious meals. A dining table that seats 10 and 4 additional island barstools provide plenty of room for everybody to dine together. Or savor your meals al fresco on the porch at the picnic table and deck seating. A additional loft room includes a computer desk and table for 4. Relaxing into a good book or movie is painless in the comfortable living room. A primary king bedroom with an ensuite full bath rounds out this level.



On the mid level you will find 4 bedrooms immaculately decorated to set the coastal ambience for your stay. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. The bunk room and separate queen bedroom share a hall bath, ideal for a family with young ones! Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
