Appreciate ocean vistas & salt air at this brand NEW condo at the heart of the OBX! You’ll be steps away from the beach, yet surrounded by astounding eateries, entertainment, & other amenities. A freshly finished community pool is available for your use, just across the driveway! It even has a handicap chair to make the pool available for everybody!

Our place will be a ideal fit for you and your guests. The master suite is located on its own floor for privacy and peacefulness, with a king-sized bed and a sumptuous deck. Sit outside in the shade and even take a nap with the ocean breeze to cool and the crashing waves to lull. Or share your shade with family and friends…it’s a great place to hang out!

Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, one with a bathroom en suite. And the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Another bathroom serves the queen and twin rooms. All bedrooms have a deck, and all have TV’s.

The bright and cheerful upstairs is the heart of the home. The kitchen is well-supplied with all your cooking needs, including various forms of coffee makers and a wine cooler.

The dining room can seat up to eight, and 4 chairs at the island provide more seating. There’s even a dining table on the deck that seats 8. Here you will really savor your morning coffee and a view of the ocean.

Cleanliness is a top priority, and linens, towels, & beach towels are supplied.
