This 1005 sq ft. end unit condo is conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the ocean and pool, and simple parking. This peaceful unit is the ideal escape for families, couples or friends. The thing you’ll hear most is the sound of the ocean from huge sliding doors in the living room and front bedroom. There is plenty of painless parking just steps away from the unit. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to unload and walk straight out to the pool and beach. Literally just a few steps from parking to the unit to the sand. There is very little public parking on this stretch of beach so it stays peaceful and is rarely busy, even on holidays and weekends. Another perk? Full sized washer and dryer. Rare for an oceanfront unit! You won’t be fighting over pool chairs or your ideal spot on the sand. The unit has a full kitchen with all the basics you need to prepare meals if you choose to stay in. There is a shopping center just a half mile down the street for all your necessities (Dollar Tree, Food Lion, Walgreens). Plenty of delicious dining options are close by. You will appreciate wifi and cable tv as well as Roku. Appreciate all the Crystal Coast has to offer with this ideal home base. You can keep as busy or as casual as you want to be.
