Comfortably furnished for 7 to sleep, and the kitchen is completely supplied, so just bring your suitcase and start appreciating your coastal getaway! Sit on the peaceful, side entry patio with coffee in the morning and a cold drink in the evening after a day on the beach. Inside this attractively refreshed home, you'll find luxury tile floors that are delightful, durable, and simple to take care of. The kitchen features granite countertops, a gorgeous central work island, and stainless steel appliances. There's also a chic and painless-to-clean backsplash. You'll appreciate the cavernous bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, plus an additional closet for additional storage. The ensuite has an upgraded tile shower, dual vanity, and handsome wall accents. The second and third bedrooms can conveniently accommodate family and friends. This unit also includes a separate one-car garage to keep your beach toys in, or even rent a golf cart to drive to the pool, eateries, golf course, park, or marina. Appreciate a short drive to the cozy oceanside town of Southport for shopping and more eateries. 



A public Par 3 Golf Course is only half a mile away!

Only .9 mile away is the public boat ramp at Dutchman's Creek Park, where you can also appreciate pier fishing, bathrooms, and a playground.

Off-leash dog park at William S Smith Park, where there is a kayak ramp.

Golf Cart 1.2 miles to the great eateries such as Rusty Hook, Joseph's Italian Bistro, and the ICW!

Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Golf Carts are prohibited at this property.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm

Off-Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm

Check Out is by 10 am.

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.



Things To Do:

Oak Island is known for its golden sand beaches, calming blue waters, friendly community, and proximity to the cities of Southport, Wilmington, and Myrtle Beach. There are many cute island coffee stores, stores, breweries, and a park that showcases a splash pad for summer fun! With a beautiful Golf Club open to summer travelers and over 100 public water access points, there is an abundance of all things adventurous to do on Oak Island! 



If you'd like to keep your exercise routine going while on vacation, you can get an out-of-town Gym pass at Oak Island Recreation Center. Utilize the Rec Center's ample parking, put in at the Kayak ramp, and spend hours kayaking our beautiful marshes.  Sit on the lawn and savor a nighttime off cooking at our Weekly Friday nighttime "Summer Concert In The Park" with a couple of local food truck options at this family-centric Live Music event. Beach Day takes place in Oak Island on the Friday prior to July 4th and features all-day activities followed by fireworks on the island that evening.



Visit Historic Southport, a seafaring town just five miles from our island, for a bigger nightlife. Southport, at the confluence of the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean, features a variety of different eateries, bars, live music and shopping. It is one of our favorite places to walk around and check out different food and live music on the weekends. There are complimentary parking options all over town, and you can comfortably walk to dozens of places while enjoying the breeze from the riverfront and admiring historic homes and general store buildings that date back to the early 1800s. Southport's State Fourth of July Festival is a three-day street fair with artists from all over the state, vendors, and food. It is really like being in an Andy Griffith episode with the parade and grandiose finale fireworks show over the river front in Southport.
