Appreciate uncrowded beaches, fishing, boating, and bicycle paths all over the island.

Fripp Island is a wildlife sanctuary, with deer grazing in the yards, over 170 species of birds, alligators in the lakes, dolphins playing in the waves, and Loggerhead sea turtles nesting and hatching on the shores.

The main home is 3BR2BA with beds for 8.

There is a 1BR1BA guest home roughly 10 few feet behind the main home that you may rent for an additional fee per week. This has a queen in the bedroom and a twin in the LR/DR/kitchen area..

I try to rent from a Saturday OR to a Saturday during the summer season because that's when I have to make nearly all my income for the year, and that's when most weekly guests wish to arrive/depart. If I "cross the week-end" I'm much more likely to end up with little pockets of days that are very difficult -- or impossible -- to rent. My goal is to avoid short pockets of unrented days and also to allow people looking for a full week to be able to rent from Saturday to Saturday.

I am not offering luxury cards this year and, as far as I know, the only way to get them is through a home owner who is offering them.

About the Area

Fripp Island is home to this vacation home. Penn Center and York W. Bailey Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease. Kayaking and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
