The kitchen, outfitted with portable Bluetooth® speakers so you can stream your favorites from wherever you may be, is well-equipped to accommodate your favorite vacation meals that can be served at the four-stool kitchen counter, at a six-person table in the sunroom, and another counter that seats four. Two bedrooms - a freshly furnished queen and one with two single bunk beds - are also located on this level and share a hallway full bath. The third bedroom, an ensuite king featuring a private bath is located on the second level along with a media room with wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, a roomy sectional couch, a Intelligent TV, and a bookcase loaded with books, games, and puzzles. There is also access to a second-level deck through the top level with stairs connecting it to the main deck. All of the bedrooms feature Intelligent TVs.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
