Parking areas for the oceanside beach and Sandy Bay soundside launch are less than a mile away. Off-Road beach access is available at ORV ramp 48-49 just about a mile up the road. After a day at the beach, appreciate an extraordinary expansive view of Pamlico Sound and the Atlantic Ocean from two levels of wrap-around decks or the 6-person hot tub. The ground level game room has a foosball table, TV, movies, games, full size refrigerator, microwave and high-speed internet access ideal for your in-home surfers. Two lower level bedrooms each have a pyramid bunk and share a full bath. The middle level has three queen bedrooms and a king master suite with private bath. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
