Wake up to peaceful water vistas and step out to your private pool and hot tub. Embrace the coveted Currituck Club lifestyle at this calming getaway on the Currituck Sound, just mins. from the ocean and golf course. It’s casual coastal living at its best.

This photogenic home is within walking distance to the beach (or take advantage of the trolley, in season). It’s ideal for those who savor the ocean and ever-changing sound vistas. At dusk, marvel in spectacular sunsets and then sit back and appreciate a nighttime of cosmic sightseeing – planets, shooting stars, and constellations.

Sound Escape is an ideal destination for family and friends. Within steps of Magnolia Bay and the Currituck Sound, you will delight in the surrounding water vistas as the vistas promise to mesmerize. Watch the playful otters and nutria, hungry herons and egrets, and all the generous wildlife right outside your back door. The home offers three master bedrooms, a completely outfitted kitchen, and an electric charging station (240 volt) in the garage for electric cars.

Savor the many amenities of The Currituck Club and reduced greens costs as a guest of a member at the Rees Jones designed golf course. Revel in the peaceful, gated neighborhood where you can walk, run, walk, or bicycle ride. Sound Escape offers it all.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.
