• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No events or events allowed)
• Strict City-enforced Noise Ordinance – violations may result in fines
• No smoking

Optional Fees
• Early Check-in $75/hour / Late Check-out $75/hour (subject to availability)
• Pet Fees - $150 non-returnable (min. 1 Dog – NO CATS) Plus $1,000 returnable deposit after satisfactory post-stay inspection
