Three bedroom home in a very peaceful neighborhood with his own gym and Park, 5 mins. from the beach, 5 mins. from historic downtown Wilmington very close to shopping centers great for cycling and walking. If you get tired from the beach you can just sit on the rocking chair on the front porch and savor the time or grille something in the picnic area in the backyard! I also run a modest charter service for fishing or just visiting some of the many island around, let me know for availability if interested.also there is a guest building on the property completely separated by privacy fence and fence but they have to use the driveway to access the building there is usually no one there however I have family that comes down for work or to visit time to time and they will stay there
