This fun and cavernous beach home has everything you need for a anxiety-complimentary vacation, including all linens taken care of for you on the 3rd row (50 yards to the beach) conveniently located to 2 beach accesses, one including NO STAIRS making it painless to navigate with beach items.

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable king bed, Bedroom 2 has a cozy queen, and Bedroom 3 is great for families with a queen plus bunk beds. There's also a fun loft space for additional hangout or sleepover vibes. The completely supplied kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s PLENTY of parking for the whole crew. Our favorite spot is the enormous front porch to gather on at the end of the day.

Unwind in the lawn chairs , load up the beach buggy, and head just a short walk to the sand and surf. We have thought of it all so you don't have to pack the home for vacation! Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch or catching sunsets after a day in the waves, 107 Seagull is the ultimate coastal escape!

Holden Beach offers a variety of things for everybody from collecting shark teeth, fishing, kayaking in the intercostal, summer concert series at the park, community playground, splash pad & sports courts to name a few!
