Come relax and rejuvenate in this relaxing, elegantly refreshed home located on one of the most beautiful streets in Oceanside Village. Bring the family and appreciate this roomy 1450 sq ft getaway. It features an open concept kitchen and living area, along with 2 BR and 2 BA. Kitchen is completely outfitted. There is a plush King Bed in the Master BR along with en suite BA, and 2 Full Beds in the guest BR. A pullout loveseat adds additional sleeping space in the LR. Televisions are located in the living room, both bedrooms, and on covered front porch for everybody to savor. For those needing a home office, there is a convenient workspace supplied with wifi and hard connection. Kick back and enjoy your morning coffee or meals with friends and family on the handsome, covered porch with outdoor seating and loungers. There is comfortable parking for 2 cars. Linens and Towels will be included. Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival. There is also a variety of beach equipment including beach chairs, and games for your enjoyment. Guests of Oceanside Village have access to a variety of recreational facilities, ensuring countless fun and relaxation right at your doorstep. Conveniences include indoor heated pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and hot tub, kids splash pad, playground, basketball court, bocce ball, volleyball, tennis and pickle ball. Finest of all, we will provide a complimentary golf cart that can be driven within Oceanside Village and to the private beach front parking area. Savor riding through the village or to the community pools. Exercise center is available for a modest fee. Many eateries close by as well as an 18 hole golf course. There is a 7 nighttime minimum stay from Memorial Day until Labor Day, Saturday until Saturday. Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and a golf cart agreement.
