Condo
Approximately 1200 square feet

Seven floors above the sand, this handsomely remodeled 2-bedroom condo puts the Atlantic front and center. Sleek new LVP floor, fresh furnishings, and refreshed kitchen appliances give the space a crisp, modern feel — but it's the view that steals the show. Sip your coffee at the breakfast bar, gather around the dining table, or curl up in the living room, and the ocean is right there with you, visible from nearly every room, including both bedrooms. Step out onto your private balcony and let the sea breeze do the rest.

Tucked within the gated, 24/7-secured Brighton Tower — a 21-story oceanfront landmark at Kingston Resort — this is coastal living with tranquility of mind constructed right in. Free parking and blazing-fast WiFi (400 Mbps) mean you can stay connected or entirely unplug, your choice.
