This enormous bespoke home located on a peaceful corner lot is just two tons from the beach access, one block from the grocery store, shopping and dining. You'll savor great ocean vistas from both decks. The first-level wraparound deck has both ocean and south vistas and a striking two-person swing great for calming out of the sun. Grab your towel and step into the huge hot tub also located on this first level deck. The upper level features expansive vistas north and south and marvelous ocean vistas, and a picnic table on the deck along with comfortable Adirondack lounge chairs for sun lovers.

The first floor has four bedrooms; two with queen beds and baths and two with single beds and a convenient hall bath. The wide hallway makes it painless to come and go, even with bigger family groups. The split level area has the fifth bedroom (two bunk beds) for the kids and a utility area .Guests will bask in the luxury of the sizable open floor plan with high cathedral ceilings, fireplace, bathroom, super roomy kitchen with quartz countertops, breakfast bar, and formal dining area. Cozy couches and chairs in the family room with TV make indoor relaxing simple. The sixth bedroom off the living room (queen) is on the ocean side of the home. The loft with a commercial ice maker and wet bar is a great place to watch the sunset.
