Driving & Parking: The resort offers on-site parking for guests, and most attractions, shopping centers, and eateries are just a short drive away. You’re about 10–15 mins. from places like Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, and Broadway at the Beach.

Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and are great options if you don’t want to drive, especially for nights out or airport transfers.

Public Transit: The Coast RTA bus service runs through parts of Myrtle Beach, but it doesn’t service Shore Drive directly. If you`re planning to rely on public transportation, check the schedule and routes in advance.

Biking & Walking: The Shore Drive area is very walkable, especially for short trips to the beach, Ocean Annie’s, or local eateries. If you enjoy cycling, the flat terrain and breathtaking roads make for an simple, enchanting ride.

* Starter Essentials: We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to help you settle in before needing to shop.
* Beach Gear: We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use. However, these can be seasonally rented directly from lifeguards on the beach.
* Extended Stays: Extended stays are welcome! Discounts are available for weekly or monthly bookings, making this an ideal choice for both short getaways and longer vacations.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-returnable $45 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added tranquility of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations: No motorbikes, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is stringently non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Animals:
Sorry, but family pets are not allowed on the premises. We appreciate animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-complimentary environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain peaceful hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

The max. number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No events or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the max. occupancy without prior approval.

7. Conveniences and Property Care:

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is supplied in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
