On Level One, you can find the Living Room with enough seating to entertain everybody in the family and equipped with a TV, DVD Player, Deck Access, and access to a Full Bath. The open concept Living Area opens up into the Dining Room with enough seating for the entire family. The Main Kitchen is also located on this level and is Totally Equipped with an Oven, Fridge with Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, and Blender. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
