Located just two tons back from the ocean, Serenity Shores is a well-maintained home with ocean vistas, a variety of amenities and a short walk to the beach. The classic Saltbox design features an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and LVP floor. The chef in the family will appreciate the cavernous well-supplied kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. You'll have plenty of space for outdoor living too, with a screened porch and two levels of sun decks on the east side of the home for watching the sunrise, appreciating the ocean breeze, and stargazing. Serenity Shores includes five bedrooms, four of which have ensuite baths to give family and friends plenty of privacy. Animals are welcome, so even your furry companions can accompany you!

Downstairs, the rec area will provide hours of indoor entertainment and friendly competition with a pool table, foosball table and arcade games console. There's also a dedicated theater room where you can host movie nighttime, watch the big game or catch up on your favorite show. Outside, take a invigorating dip in the saltwater pool or a calming soak in the hot tub. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for off-season getaways. There's also a pickleball court in the driveway with paddles and a portable net.

Upstairs is a den for peaceful relaxation while snuggling up with a book. A collection of fiction and non-fiction books are included.
