Ideal for two families, mother/daughter, or visiting with friends. Each level features two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath. There are great vistas of the sand and sea from the over-sized deck as well as the living room. This home has the 4 C’s- Clean, Cozy, Classic, and Close to the beach! Nothing fancy here- our 1,700 square foot bungalow is 50 feet to the beach. Properties with the same square footage in the area are renting for double the rate.

The property is within walking distance to Nags Head Fishing Pier and fashionable “Fish Head’s Bar & Grille”. Short distance to Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and the Wright Brothers National Memorial.

There is also a full bath with a shower and a washing machine, kitchen and dining area. The living room has spectacular ocean vistas.
