With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 half baths, this cavernous home can comfortably sleep up to 10 adults (Including the futon), making it ideal for a multi-family vacation. All of the bedrooms are delightfully decorated and feature comfortable linens.

Life is Still good has an spectacular range of upgrades and amenities that will make your stay ideal. Appreciate the hot tub and private in-ground pool with family and friends. The backyard area is ideal for calming and the pool is ideal for a fast afternoon dip on a hot summer days. The entirely equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare a delicious home cooked meal during your stay. The spacious open concept living room is ideal for relaxing and spending time with adored ones, and is open to the kitchen and dining room. This area is ideal for multiple families or huge groups. Just off this main living space is one of three upsized outdoor decks, which is the ideal spot to take in the striking ocean vistas while appreciating a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee, beach chairs, and serviced pool and brand new hot tub.

Note: We do not supply beach towels. However, there are a few companies on OBX that rent towels for the week, we're happy to help arrange that for you if you'd like.

1st floor:

- King Ensuite Bedroom with full bathroom. Intelligent TV. Direct access to deck - Ocean vistas!
- King Ensuite Bedroom with full bathroom (Jack & Jill). Intelligent TV. Direct access to deck and Ocean vistas!
- Bunk room,1 bunk bed + a twin bed & Intelligent TV - This room shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with the King Bedroom


3rd floor:
- King Bedroom with full bathroom. Intelligent TV.
- Great room with 65" Intelligent TV
- Open floor plan completely outfitted kitchen with dining table and breakfast bar

Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel. (We don't supply beach towels)
- Beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of the top bunk beds.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.

Ground floor:
- Private in-ground pool

The pool is generally open from May to the end of September.
The hot tub is open all year :)

Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our home!

The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm.

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

When booking a reservation you you give us permission to use a third-event to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.
