The right side of the staircase leads to a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and TV. There is a full bath on this level. Another split stair case leads to a queen bedroom with a private deck entrance, ocean vistas, and a flat screen TV. The right side of the split goes to the kitchen level. There is seating at a breakfast bar and the kitchen is entirely equipped. Up just a few more steps from the kitchen is the living area. There are two new couches, flat screen TV, and a deck entrance with enchanting ocean vistas. The deck has seating and a picnic table so you can appreciate sunrise and watch the stars at nighttime!

On the ground level is an outdoor shower and a gas grille. Parking is limited to one car under home and one in the driveway. No phone at the property. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues as there are generous stairs in this home.
