Savor a super ocean view lot in peaceful Askin's Creek, just one home back from the ocean. Hooked on Beach Life is a mere stone's throw from the ocean's edge and one of the closest homes to the Canadian Hole windsurfing area. It's also well-centered on Hatteras Island, convenient to local stores, & it's Pet-Friendly!

The short 100-ft walk over the direct ocean access to the beachfront will delight anyone who has ever lugged a beach chair, cooler or kid to the water. It also features handsome vistas from its wide two-level decks and plenty of privacy with a enormous lot & in a neighborhood with a single street!

The ground level has an ample, concrete parking area. This level also features an outdoor shower, a charcoal grille & a bar for entertaining, a fish-cleaning station for those fish you bring home, and a sizable lot where you can relax in the shade (or sun), play some corn-hole, or walk your dog!

The first level has three roomy bedrooms - two with king-beds & balconies overlooking the ocean, and the third has a full-size bed plus a set of bunk-beds for the kids. Each bedroom features a TV with DVD players & plenty of storage areas. This level also includes a bathroom, a laundry area, and comfortable furnishings.

On the top level, Hooked on Beach Life pays homage to the impressive ocean view location with a grandiose prow-front design that accepts great vistas of the beach and sunrises. This level has a huge great room with cathedral ceilings, plenty of glass and warm wood accents and new leather seating; another bathroom, and a screened porch. We've also added a Shuffleboard Table! This is also where you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area that can handle light hors d'oeuvres or family-size meals in style. You can also savor a Sunset view from the kitchen window!

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.
