The Space:

Sandy Toes and Salty Souls is oceanside in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla and is between an 8-10 min. walk to the nearest beach entrance. The sprawling live oaks offer privacy and shade throughout the day. The home is also steps from the Ocean Sands lake which is a great spot for fishing and spectacular walks.



The top floor of the property features a bright and functional kitchen alongside a welcoming living room, ideal for calming or entertaining. This level also includes a comfortable Queen bedroom and a full hall bathroom providing convenience for the top floor. The mid floor offers plenty of space for guests, including a roomy primary King bedroom with a private en suite bathroom. Two additional Queen bedrooms and bedroom with two floating Twin beds make this level ideal for families or bigger groups. A full hallway bathroom serves the additional bedrooms. On the ground level, you'll find a storage room with a washer and dryer and outside are two outdoor showers, ideal for rinsing off the sand before heading inside.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. F
