Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, the home offers plenty of space for families and groups to gather while still providing private places to relax.

The bright, open living area is ideal for spending time together after a day at the beach, while the completely equipped kitchen makes preparing meals painless. You'll find everything you need, including two coffee makers, a four-slice toaster, a blender, and the essentials for cooking and dining.

Outside, appreciate your own private backyard getaway featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, propane grille, and outdoor shower. Whether you're starting the morning with coffee on the deck, cooling off in the pool, or calming in the hot tub under the stars, there's something for everybody to savor.

For your comfort, the home also includes bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, Turkish beach towels, kitchen towels, hair dryers, and YouTube TV for your entertainment.

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and all indoor living spaces.

Parking is available at the home. Please note that street parking is not allowed within the community. Golf carts are welcome, but RVs, boats, and trailers are not allowed unless they fit completely within the property's garage or carport.

• Please observe community peaceful hours by keeping outdoor lights and speakers off after 11:00 PM.

• Parking on the street is prohibited, and parking passes are required during the summer season.

• No tents or personal items may be left overnight on the beach or beach access walkway in accordance with community and Town of Duck regulations.

• Trash and recycling are collected on designated community pickup days. Collection schedules vary by season and will be supplied in the home information before your arrival.
