Bedroom #4 has Queen bed with balcony.

Bedroom #5 sleeps 3+ with full size bunk beds with twin trundle bed. Manufacturer Weight limit on each bunk is posted at 165lbs. Ideal for kids.

Hallway has full bathroom with bathtub; Washer/dryer in hallway closet.
