Inside, the home features an open-concept design with coastal décor that feels both classy and inviting. The sizable living room is comfortable and cozy, creating an ideal gathering space after a day of island adventures. Natural light fills the home, enhancing the calm, airy ambiance throughout.

The bright, entirely equipped kitchen is designed for both convenience and connection. With generous counter space and island seating, it’s ideal for casual breakfasts, evening drinks, or making cookies with the kids. The adjoining dining and living areas make entertaining painless and calming.

This home offers a reverse floor plan, with the main living areas located on the second floor to take advantage of the vistas. Also on this level is a king guest suite with a private ensuite bath, along with a convenient half bath. An elevator adds ease and accessibility for guests of all ages.

The first floor is dedicated to sleeping accommodations. The king primary suite features a private ensuite bath, while additional bedrooms include a bunk room that sleeps four. A queen guest room shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with another guest room featuring two twin beds, offering flexible sleeping options for families.

The home is an simple walk to the Cabana Club, Nature Center, Wardle’s Landing, and the Creek House. A 6-seat golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy to discover the island, spot wildlife, and appreciate everything Fripp has to offer.

With club cards available, a prime island location, and a layout designed for comfort and connection, this Fripp Island home is the ideal setting for making lasting vacation memories.

FAMILY PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. 

Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
