Sitting just 100 yds from the beach, Sea Breezes is inviting and comfortable the min. you walk through the door. Each side of the duplex has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a living/dining/kitchen area. A unique sliding wall accepts for rental of both sides with a common dining area. Each kitchen is completely equipped. There is streaming TV, DVD, and wifi. (BRING your sign in codes for streaming accounts) Savor a private deck with grille and heavenly outside showers on each side. The Town of Southern Shores was founded on volunteerism and continues to be cared for by a strong team of members of the community. It is a community committed to preserving a safe, family friendly beach and sound area. Beach and sound access is limited to property owners and renters, so over-crowding is not an issue. Access to the beach from Sea Breezes Cottage is a short 100 yard walk. Although across the street from the beach access path, the bungalow is in a stringently enforced 25 mph zone of Ocean Blvd, making crossing the street painless and safe. The South side of the bungalow is identical to the North side unit except in linens. On this side, there is one bedroom that has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen size sleep couch in the living area.

Please note that we do not provide linens. You will need to bring your own sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels.
