House Layout:
Ground Level:
Entry area, laundry, den with kitchenette, cabana bath, and three full bathrooms. Includes one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite access to a full bath with pool access, plus two additional bedrooms with double bunk beds connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill full bath.

Level 1:
Two queen bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bath, and a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, private ensuite bath, and direct access to the deck with hot tub.

Level 2:
Main living room, dining area, entirely equipped kitchen, screened porch, and a half bath. Also features a queen bedroom with private ensuite full bath. This level opens to expansive, multi-level decks with plenty of space for taking in ocean breezes and gathering with family and friends.

Upper Level:
Ship’s watch with constructed-in bench seating and spectacular ocean vistas—the ideal spot to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or a peaceful moment overlooking the coast.
