Private vacation home
Approximately 1472 square feet

Constructed in 2013 and meticulously maintained, Work Trip is a impressive coastal bungalow that still looks and feels like new construction. The oceanside location means you'll be just a short walk to Asheville Drive public beach access - less than 500 feet from the home! After a day of fun in the sun, come home and take a calming soak in the bubbly hot tub. Inside, a comfortably furnished great room features wood floor and a coastal-inspired color palette. The 9' ceilings and an open-concept layout make the space feel bright and airy. When you're not dining out, prepare meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for two. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the top-level primary suite with king bed and spa-like private bath.

Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a second full bath. There's also a roomy den with pull-out couch that can be used as an additional hangout space or for alternative sleeping arrangements. Grab a chilled bottle from the wine refrigerator and relax on the covered patio. This comfortable outdoor getaway overlooks a lush and barefoot-friendly lawn ideal for kids, family pets and yard games.

Located in a central location between the beach road and the bypass, Work Trip is conveniently close to local eateries, shopping centers, and attractions. Whether you're in the mood for a seafood dinner, exploring boutique stores, or visiting the Wright Brothers National Memorial, everything is just a short distance away, making it painless to immerse yourself in the vibrant local community.

Family Animals allowed. No smoking/vaping.
