• Cancellation and refund policy includes a $150 cancellation fee, and all cancellations must be in writing

• Public beach access is available close by for swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
