The property is a 5 to 7 min. walk or a 2 min. drive to the beach. Simple permit pass parking at the beach access or you can use the community pool, tennis courts, walking trails or bicycle paths. Furnishings refreshed for 2022.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Aqua Spa and Duck Woods Country Club.
