TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room includes a huge TV for family viewing and access to both a enormous sun deck and a screened porch with deck furnishings. The Ships Watch offers another sitting area for family members. The gourmet kitchen features quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and an island (seats 7). The huge dining room table (seats 10). The King Master Suite on this level enjoys vistas of the ocean and golf course with deck access, double-headed shower and a separate soaking tub. There is a half bath located near the kitchen and an elevator connects all levels of this home. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
A roomy den offers more space to relax and spend time with family members. There are 3 King Master Suites (all with deck access) and a fourth bedroom which has 2 Pyramid Bunk Sets (single over double) for kids. There is a hall bath with shower/tub combo on this level.

GROUND LEVEL:
A Queen Master Suite has a shower which is barrier-complimentary in its master bath. For teenagers, there is a bedroom with 2 Twin beds. In the game room, everybody will savor the Pool table, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and microwave, and there is a Ping Pong table in the enclosed garage space. Outside, a sizable private pool (16' x 32'; pool heat available for an additional fee) will provide many hours of invigorating enjoyment! A hot tub is located on the pool deck and there is pool furnishings for relaxation and sunbathing.
